These are valve less hammers with optimized air cycle frequency. These are heavy duty hammers that well at greater depths demanding less air usage, delivering minimum performance loss. We offer IR hammer, DHD3.5, DHD340a, DHD360, DHD380, COP and QL hammer. The optimum range of hole size for blast drilling with DTH is 90mm to 254 mm, smaller blast holes are generally drilled using top hammer, and larger holes generally use rotary machines. DTH hammer is an impact load generating device in impact rotary drilling. It uses the energy in the flushing fluid supplied by the mud pump during drilling to directly drive the hammer in the hydraulic hammer to form up and down reciprocating motion, and continuously applies a certain frequency of impact load to the lower drilling tool, so as to realize impact rotary drilling.
DTH hammer drilling is a major reform of conventional rotary drilling and a new drilling method after modern diamond drilling and air drilling.
