1. Face convex type: this drill bit is divided into two types, single boss and double boss end face, the latter is mainly used for drill bit with large diameter. The face convex drill bit can keep a high drilling rate when drilling hard and hard abrasive rock. However, the drilling straightness is poor, which is not suitable for drilling engineering with high requirements of straightness of the borehole.
2. Face plane type: this kind of drill bit is relatively durable, suitable for drilling hard and extremely hard rock, and also suitable for medium hard rock and soft rock with low straightness requirements for drilling and chiseling hole.
3. Concave face type: there is a conical concave part on the end face of the drill head in this shape. It is a bit that forms a slight nucleation effect during drilling to maintain the alignment performance of the bit. The drilling hole has a good straightness. The drill bit has good powder discharging effect and fast drilling speed, which is a potential drilling bit which makes more use of in the market.
4.Deep concave center type: this kind of bit is evolved from the same type of ball bit, and the center of the end face of the bit has a deep concave center. It is used for nucleation in drilling process. When drilling deep holes, the straightness of the holes is guaranteed, and it is only suitable for drilling soft rock and medium hard rock.
